She is a leader and a team player, and her peers look to her to learn.
Naima is currently a Supervisor at Flanders Adult Training Center. Organized, kind, and on point, she is often seen going between groups and ensuring staff know what to do so the individuals are engaged and having a good time. She leads by example, is always upbeat and on the go, and is truly the spirit of our Flanders Program. She never shies away from hard work. She is a force and we appreciate her being with us and leading our staff. Naima has dedicated her life to service not only at work but also at home; she is a proud foster mom and loves to make people’s lives better.
