Behavioral Supports

Our Behavioral Supports services are designed to help individuals develop essential skills for daily life while addressing challenges that may impact their ability to thrive. Through a person-centered approach, our team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Support Specialists work closely with individuals, families, and caregivers to create tailored behavior support plans. These plans focus on:

Promoting positive behaviors and skill development
Reducing behaviors that may interfere with daily activities
Providing training and guidance for caregivers and staff
Ensuring that strategies align with each individual’s needs and goals

By implementing evidence-based interventions and working collaboratively with all members of an individual’s support system, we strive to foster greater independence, confidence, and well-being.

Medical & Nursing Services

The health and safety of the individuals we serve are our top priorities. Our Medical and Nursing Services provide comprehensive healthcare oversight and direct support to ensure individuals receive the medical care they need. Our dedicated team of registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) provide:

Routine health monitoring and assessments
Medication administration and management
Coordination with healthcare providers to facilitate medical appointments and specialized care
Health and wellness education for individuals, families, and staff
Emergency response and on-call nursing support
