When a more permanent residential placement is not an option, ArcMorris provides a family support program to assist families remotely. Short-term, long-term, and emergency overnight respite are also available at our Hanover Respite Group Home located in the Cedar Knolls community of Hanover Township.

  • Supports Program: Often, a person with I/DD has a place to live (family, their house, personal property) and would like to stay there. However, due to their functional needs, they may require part-time supports and assistance. ArcMorris's supports program allows you to stay in your home while our trained, dedicated staff supports you in your home when you need it.

  • Overnight Respite: When your family needs to go for a vacation or has other urgent needs and you require a place for your loved one with I/DD to stay while you are away, come to our overnight respite program. This is a temporary residential placement for a person with I/DD. While in respite, individuals enjoy an array of fun activities at home and in the community. Our respite home features six fully-accessible, barrier-free bedrooms with full bathrooms for each room. There are options to stay from two nights to long-term arrangements.
