To participate in McARP's Teen Club, you must be registered for McARP. Complete this application form.

All participants must become eligible to participate through the Intake Unit of ArcMorris by calling 973-326-9750 ext. 224. McARP is a fee-for-service, with participants beginning at age 13 paying a fee for each event or program they attend. Select individuals may also access family support funds through the state Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) in order to participate.
