Jean’s outstanding contribution to the Morris Plains Program is a model for all employees.
Jean has been an outstanding staff since day one. He is willing to assist in any way possible. When his group home has open shifts, he consistently goes the extra mile to change his schedule to cover any day needed, so without him the home would be difficult to operate daily. He cares deeply for and provides for the individuals of the program. He is supportive and dedicated in all his efforts. He is a team player, mentor and a friend to our individuals supported.
